The proceedings of the conference will be published in the AIP Conference Proceedings series.
The tentative publication date is March 2011. The LaTeX macro - packages and MS-Word templates necessary
for the preparation of the manuscripts are available
here. The authors should choose the 6x9 single column format with A4 page size. PACS numbers and keywords
should be completed by the authors. The most recent listing for PACS can be downloaded
from http://www.aip.org/pacs
The manuscripts for invited speakers and invited contributions should be up to 8 pages long, oral contributions should
be up to 5 pages long and poster contributions up to 3 pages long.
In addition to the manuscript, authors are kindly requested to download a copy of the
Transfer of Copyright form and
the Offprint Order from the same website. The forms should be signed and sent by e-mail to finustar3@inp.demokritos.gr or by fax to: +30-210-650-3537
The DEADLINE for submission of contributions for the proceedings is 30 September 2010.
Contributions should be sent by email to : finustar3@inp.demokritos.gr.
Submissions made after the above deadline will not be included in the proceedings volume.
