The conference will be held at the Rodos Palace Hotel, a 5-star hotel and convention center, that is located on the north-eastern coast of Rhodos, 2 km north of the capital city Rhodos and about 15 km from the airport. Rodos Palace Hotel offers following accommodation rates:
1. Tower room double (single use): Euro 100 per night
2. Tower room double (double occupancy): Euro 130 per night
3. Triple room: Euro 150 per night
4. Garden suite (1-4 persons): Euro 170 per night
These rates include American buffet breakfast and all taxes. Participants can have lunch (buffet) at the hotel at a price of 23 Euros. The accommodation form can be downloaded from the conference website and should be sent to the Rodos Palace Hotel either by e-mail to rika@rodos-palace.gr or by fax to: +30-22410-25350. Participants are advised to arrange for their accommodation at Rodos Palace Hotel the soonest possible and in any case no later than July 23, 2010. In addition, the organizers have arranged for 50 Sea View rooms. However, these are offered on a first book first serve basis (upon availability). It is also advised to proceed with your travel arrangements the soonest possible, since the island of Rhodos is one of the most popular tourist destinations during all seasons and especially in August.
