Invited contributions should not exceed 8 pages, oral contributions should not exceed 5 pages,

and poster presentations are limited to 3 pages.

The authors should send the source files (LaTex, MS-Word) including the figures in eps files, and a

printout version in ps or pdf file to kos2005@inp.demokritos.gr by 12 September 2005, or provide them

on a removable media (floppy, cd-rom, memory stick) at the registration desk at the beginning of the

conference.

To facilitate the preparation of the proceedings volume, authors are requested to name their files after

the surname of the presenting author followed by his/her initial and the number of  the contribution in case

of multiple contributions. For example. the first contribution presented by A. Lagoyannis should be named

LagoyannisA1.ext (where ext=tex, doc, ps, pdf), and the figures LagoyannisA1_fig1.eps, etc. The second

contribution should be named  LagoyannisA2.ext etc. Authors with only one contribution can omit the number

of contribution.

In addition to the manuscript, authors are also requested to download from the same website a copy of the

Transfer of Copyright form and the Offprint Order, and hand them in at the registration desk completed

and signed.
